Late Policy

We understand being late is sometimes unavoidable and will do our best to accommodate the full service. If the client is late for their appointment, OMG Massage & Wellness reserves the right to shorten the service in order to accommodate scheduling requirements or to reschedule the appointment. The client will be responsible for the payment of the full service booked.

Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment has been confirmed, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Keep in mind that “no-shows” or last-minute cancellations leave our RMT’s with empty appointment times. As a result, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee, as other guests could have enjoyed that time slot!
